Important Booking Information

When booking to RN Highbrow Lena our mare owners have these options:

Breeding Season Dates February 1st – July 31st, 2027

OPTION #1:

Haul the mare to Triple 7 Equine, this is our own personal breeding facility. We will be able to breed the mare on site with cooled fresh semen. If the mare owner chooses this option, they will not need to pay shipping fees. Mare owner will still be responsible for the cost of collection and processing of semen. The associated cost would be paid by mare owner directly to Triple 7 Equine. Please contact Triple 7 Equine directly to make an appointment for your mare (660) 898-8510. Please keep in mind if you plan to haul your mare to Triple 7 Equine we typically book a month out. Call to get your mare on the books early! (660)898-8510. You must make an appointment, do NOT just show up.

OPTION #2:

Mare owners may pick up cooled semen directly from Triple 7 Equine and transport it to the veterinarian of their choice. Collection and processing fees of $300 apply and are paid directly to Triple 7 Equine at time of pickup. Always call ahead to schedule a pickup. Triple 7 Equine Phone: (660) 898-8510

OPTION #3:

Semen may be shipped directly to your chosen veterinarian. The first shipment is $500, with each additional shipment also $500. Payment for the shipment and stud fee must be paid in full before any semen will be shipped—no exceptions. Shipments are made Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding Memorial Day and any FedEx holidays. Frozen semen is available for shipping at $600 per shipment and may be sent at any time. We ship using UPS, If FEDEX if needed it is an additional $100.

HOW TO ORDER SHIPPED SEMEN:

Contact: Text or call Triple 7 Equine at (660) 898-8510 to arrange all shipments. Texting is preferred.
Notice Requirement: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for shipments. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but shipments cannot be guaranteed without proper notice

 

2027 Fees:
Stud Fee: $1,250
UPS Fresh Collection & Shipping: $500
FEDEX Fresh Collection & Shipping: $600
Frozen Shipping: $600
Canadian Health Certificate: $250 - Only applies to Canada shipments

No Chute Fess & No Booking Fees

Important Notes:

• We do NOT offer counter to counter shipments, ever for any reason.

• If your mare is not in foal by July 31st you will have to use frozen semen.

• FedEx Shipments are an additional $100, we ship using UPS.

• Collection and Shipping is one combined price per shipment

• No fresh semen shipments after July 31st, 2027

 

BREEDING REPORT:

Once the mare is confirmed in foal, please report breeding dates and confirm with Michelle Hamilton that all mare information is correct for the breeding report. It is the mare owner’s responsibility to confirm this information to make sure it is correct. If not done this could result in the foal not being able to be registered. Please double check to make sure all information on the contact is 100% accurate.
